Coosa cruises past Southeastern

Coosa Christian completed a four-game winning streak to end the 2012 season with a 37-0 win over Southeastern on Friday.
Austin Mills kicked off the scoring for the Conquerors with a 96-yard run in the opening period. The PAT made it 7-0.
Ben Mills scored on a 17-yard run with 5:32 left in the first quarter to push it to a 14-0 lead.
It didn’t take long for Coosa to get back on the board. Austin Mills raced for a 65-yard touchdown at the 4:07 mark in the first period to make it 21-0 Coosa.
Ben Mills found Jonah Mills for a 17-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter and the 2-point conversion made it a 25-0 game.
The rout continued as Ben Mills and Noah Williamson hooked up on a touchdown pass in the second quarter to make it 31-0.
Austin Mills had his third long scoring run of the night, this one a 53-yarder, with 45 seconds until halftime, to cap the scoring.
The second half was played with shortened quarters.
For the game, Austin Mills had 198 yards on seven carries and a 63-yard punt return for Coosa. Ben Mills completed 4 of 7 passes for 108 yards. Noah Mills caught three passes for 77 yards.
Coosa finished the season 4-6.
